A fun and delicious twist on a classic dessert combining crunchy Rice Krispie cereal, gooey marshmallows, peanut butter, and chocolate.

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispie cereal to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Allow to cool and set, then cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture. Be careful not to overheat the marshmallows to avoid a tough mixture. For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of salt.
