Instructions
- Clean the chanterelle mushrooms gently with a soft brush.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chanterelles and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve warm as a side dish or over pasta.
