- 2 tbsp coconut oil or soft butter
- 1/4 cup sugar (can use coconut sugar or brown sugar)
- 2–3 tbsp cinnamon (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grab tortillas and let them come to room temperature for flexibility.
- Spread melted coconut oil or soft butter evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle a generous blend of sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into spirals or leave them whole.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy at the edges.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls can be customized with different fillings like Nutella, cookie butter, or sliced fruits. Serve with warm milk, coffee, or yogurt.
