Description

These Super Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies are irresistibly warm and gooey, made with cream cheese for a melt-in-your-mouth texture.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until the batter becomes fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
  6. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  8. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
