  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter and Nutella on each slice of bread.
  2. Roll the bread slices tightly, securing the filling inside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  6. Cook the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Remove the rolls and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top before serving.
