Description

Cool, creamy, and ridiculously easy no-bake cheesecake jars perfect for summer desserts.


Ingredients

  • Graham crackers (or any crunchy cookie)
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Cream cheese
  • Whipped cream or Greek yogurt
  • Toppings: fruit, lemon zest, jam, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers in a plastic bag and mix with melted butter.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream or yogurt and mix well.
  4. Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker base in jars.
  5. Add your choice of toppings.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best results. Let jars chill overnight for even better taste.
