  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup mint chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping and mint chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pie dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings or mint leaves if desired before serving.
