Description

A moist and flavorful kefir sheet cake made with probiotic-rich kefir, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: kefir, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before frosting or serving.
