- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Kefir
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: kefir, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before frosting or serving.
Notes
For a delicious frosting, try cream cheese frosting or a simple powdered sugar glaze. Garnish with fresh fruits or nuts for added flavor and texture.
