Ingredients

- Knafeh layer (phyllo dough, sugar, butter)

Instructions
- Prepare the knafeh layer by baking phyllo dough mixed with butter and sugar until golden.
- Let it cool and crumble into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate and mix in the crushed pistachios.
- Layer the pistachio chocolate and knafeh mixture together in a mold.
- Chill until firm and cut into bars.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt or a drizzle of honey on top before chilling.
