- 4 eggs
- 1 cup warm milk (250 ml)
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter, melted (50g)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup water (250 ml)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, salt, eggs, warm milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake size.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
If the batter is too thick, add more water or milk to adjust consistency. Customize with spices or fruits for added flavor.
