Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (whole or 2%)

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil elbow noodles for 1-2 minutes less than package instructions; drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan and stir in flour to form a paste.
  3. Whisk in milk and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add grated cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the cooked pasta.
