- 2 tablespoons real butter

Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Add the steak pieces in batches to avoid steaming, and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter and chopped garlic, reducing heat slightly to avoid burning the garlic.
- Stir for another minute until garlic is fragrant.
- Optional: Add lemon juice or parsley for extra flavor before serving.
Notes
Best served warm; can be enjoyed with mashed potatoes, salads, or as appetizers with toothpicks.
