Ingredients

  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  4. Add the steak pieces in batches to avoid steaming, and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add butter and chopped garlic, reducing heat slightly to avoid burning the garlic.
  6. Stir for another minute until garlic is fragrant.
  7. Optional: Add lemon juice or parsley for extra flavor before serving.

Notes
