Description

A quick and healthy shrimp and broccoli stir fry that comes together in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, cooking until pink and curled, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
