- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
