Description

A creamy and smooth cheesecake that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form a crust.
  7. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  10. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
