Instructions

  1. Scoop cottage cheese into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-covered baking sheet in little circles or one large blob.
  3. Bake until golden and the edges are set.
  4. For pizza, add tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, then bake until bubbly.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking. Blend the ingredients well for a smooth texture. Let the flatbread cool before removing it from the baking sheet.
