Ingredients

- 1 stick of softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heat-treated flour
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or any preferred mix-ins)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and stir in the heat-treated flour.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt if desired.
- Add milk until the dough is not dry and crumbly.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or any desired mix-ins.
- Mix until the dough resembles traditional cookie dough. Enjoy!

Store in a mason jar or sealable tub in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen for later use.
