Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of uncooked pasta (bowtie, penne, rigatoni, or rotini)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
- Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- If using an air fryer, preheat it to 400°F (200°C). Place the pasta in the air fryer basket and spread them out without overlapping.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until golden brown and crispy.
- If using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned pasta on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dips!
Notes
For best results, avoid using soft or mushy leftover pasta. Make sure to season the chips while they are hot for better flavor adherence.
