Description

Delicious, cheesy sliders made with shredded chicken, bacon, and a creamy ranch dressing mixture, all nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 tbsp salted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chives, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts until tender, then shred them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, onion powder, black pepper, and shredded chicken. Mix well.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble it, and fold it into the chicken mixture.
  4. Stir in chopped green onions, cheddar cheese, grated parmesan, and fresh chives.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Slice Sweet Hawaiian Rolls in half, placing the bottom half in a baking dish.
  7. Spread chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  8. Top with the other half of rolls.
  9. Melt salted sweet cream butter and brush the tops of the rolls.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melty and tops are golden brown.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
