- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- 4 tbsp salted sweet cream butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh chives, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts until tender, then shred them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, onion powder, black pepper, and shredded chicken. Mix well.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble it, and fold it into the chicken mixture.
- Stir in chopped green onions, cheddar cheese, grated parmesan, and fresh chives.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice Sweet Hawaiian Rolls in half, placing the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Top with the other half of rolls.
- Melt salted sweet cream butter and brush the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melty and tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
