A delicious and hearty side dish combining fresh green beans, tender baby potatoes, and crispy bacon, enhanced with flavorful ranch seasoning.

- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Trim the green beans and halve or quarter the potatoes. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Cook the Potatoes: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Green Beans: In the same pot, blanch the green beans for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
- Season & Combine: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, and minced garlic. Toss in the potatoes and green beans, coating them evenly. Stir in the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve & Enjoy: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm as a hearty side dish!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding grated parmesan cheese before serving. You can use turkey bacon for a lighter version.
