- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1–2 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1–2 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the milk.
- Gradually stir in the flour until fully combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s cups.
- In a separate bowl, slightly soften the vanilla ice cream.
- Layer the cookie dough mixture into the softened ice cream, folding gently to combine.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
