Description

Delicious and fun snacks with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for parties or movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning for garlic butter.
  7. Brush the baked pizza bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
  8. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
