Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning for garlic butter.
- Brush the baked pizza bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
