- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut off the tops and hollow out the inside of each strawberry using a small spoon or a pastry bag.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Use a piping bag to fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with chocolate shavings or graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Choose ripe, firm strawberries for best flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
