A simple yet flavorful way to enjoy chanterelle mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook for 7–8 minutes until they’re golden and tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and serve over toasted bread or fresh pasta.
