Ingredients

- 1 lb chanterelle mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook for 7–8 minutes until they’re golden and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve over toasted bread or fresh pasta.
